Because our items are customized specifically for you (with your name or chosen colors), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized accessories unless they are defective.

Damaged Goods Policy

We pack every order with extreme care, but accidents happen.

  • 48-Hour Rule: You must lodge a complaint within 48 hours of unboxing.
  • Our Liability: If the damage is due to our craftsmanship or packaging error, we will replace the item for free.
